My demo pages have styling issues. How do I fix this?

If you’re experiencing styling issues, such as incorrect fonts, broken columns or unaligned sections, this may be because the Theme Options haven’t loaded properly. Fortunately, this is very easy to fix. Go to the Avada > Theme Options panel, and refresh the page. After refreshing the page, re-save the Theme Options panel by clicking the ‘Save Changes’ button. You don’t need to change any settings. After that, don’t forget to clear all your caches.

If that doesn’t work, try going through the process of refreshing the Theme Options panel and resaving it. If you’re still experiencing issues after one or two tries, please don’t hesitate to send us a support ticket.

My menu item links are returning 404 errors. How do I fix this?

After importing a demo using the alternate method, you’ll need to re-save your permalinks. To do this, go to the Settings > Permalinks tab on your WordPress admin panel. Once there, click the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page to re-save your permalinks. After that, don’t forget to clear all your caches. If you’re still experiencing issues, please don’t hesitate to send us a support ticket.

How And Where Do I Download My Avada demo?

You will be asked to create an account with us when you purchase the demo. You can login to that account and download the purchased theme files anywhere and anytime.

Are There Options To Modify My Avada demo?

Yes, you can. All our demos are customizable. You can modify the colors, layouts, text sizes and many other features through the ‘theme options’ and Fusion builder on your installation.

Do I Have To Create An Account To Buy A Demo?

Yes. You will be asked to create an account before checking out or you can create one here.

Can I Buy Many Demos From Codeless Themes With One Account?

Yes, you can. There is no restriction on how many demos you can buy with one account.

Can You Give Me Details On How To Install My Purchased Avada Demo?

All the details regarding the installation of your purchased theme will be provided in the .zip file of the theme you purchased or read installation instructions here.

Can I Use My Avada Demo In Multiple Sites/Domains?

Yes, you can use the same demo on any number of websites. But please note that we provide free support only for one domain name.

How Often Do You Update The Demos? How Do I Get Updates For The Demos I Have Purchased? Do I Need To Pay For Updates?

There is no fixed time frame for our updates. You will be notified via email when a demo is upgraded. And it is totally free of charge.

What Is CT’s Refund Policy?

Usually all sales conducted are final and we do not issue refunds unless you were charged mistakenly. In any other cases refunds will be on our discretion.

Can The Demos Be Used With Other Themes Besides Avada?

No. Our demos can only be used in Avada.

Does Codeless Themes Have Membership Plans?

There are no membership plans in CT as of now. However, attractive plans will be included as we build our network.

Do All Demos Work With The Latest Versions Of

Avada?

Yes, all our demos work with the latest versions of  Avada. We make sure to update all our demos with every Avada major update so as to make them compliant with the latest Avada release.
